Cooking with Unmis: Chicken Corn Soup


  • Chicken parts (cut in small chunks)
  • Frozen (Sweet) Corn
  • Salt
  • Chicken bouillon
  • 2 Eggs
  • Tofu (optional)

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Place the cut small chunks of chicken in a pot
  2. Cube 1/2 onion
  3. Add salt
  4. Add couple of Chicken Bouillon
  5. Add 2-3 cups of water
  6. Cover and bring to boil; cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  7. Add 1 cup of corn
  8. Cook for another 3-5 minutes (or till corn is tender)
  9. Reduce heat to low
  10. Crack the eggs into soup
  11. Stir
  12. Remove after a minute.

Enjoy your Chicken Corn Soup alone or with fresh slice of bread or rolls.

Note: the chicken can be substituted with turkey or shrimp.
